Bash is one of our most aptly named products: struck, hammered, and stamped from large sheets of annealed brass. They've made great bowls or serving dishes, but we were lacking oversized serving platters and vases. Something to display a cherry blossom branch, or something that could be used as an umbrella stand, or even an extravagant wastepaper basket. The tray allows for larger parties and more ceremonial snacks.
